Chrystele M. Botsford, 65, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 12, 2024 at Select Specialty Hospital in Omaha.

Chrystele was born on November 9, 1958 in North Platte, NE the daughter of Bill and Norma (Ogier) Bomberger.

Chrystele graduated from Brady High School class of 1977 and went on to earn her LPN (associate degree).  She practiced as an LPN for most of her career working in North Platte and Gothenburg, NE and Cheyenne, WY.  She enjoyed DIY projects around her home and taking walks with her pet dogs to the river.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Norma; brothers, William and David Bomberger; and son, Christopher Botsford.

She is survived by her son, Bryan Botsford of Omaha; sisters, Cathy Nilsson of Omaha, Mary (Scott) Ginsburg of Raleigh, NC, and Sue (Scott) Cumming of Finksburg, MD; brothers, Larry (Karma) Bomberger and Norm (Cindy) Bomberger both of North Platte; sister-in-law, Machiko Bomberger of Albuquerque, NM; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Burial will follow at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens in North Platte, Nebraska.  Memorials are suggested to be made to the family for future designation.
