Debra Wiezorek, 68, of North Platte, NE, passed away October 22, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born August 4, 1952 in North Platte, NE to Clifford and Alberta McCarty and grew up in North Platte, NE where they made their home.

Debra was united in marriage to Jim Wiezorek on November 28, 1969 in North Platte, NE where they made their home and celebrated almost 51 years.

She was a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary with her husband for 5 years. Debra enjoyed going to bingo and playing slot machines.

Debra is survived by her husband, Jim; children, Kenna (Steve) Smith, Mark Wiezorek (Kim Cotton) and Paul (Nikki) Wiezorek and her beloved grandchildren; Megan, Lyndsey and Emily Spurgin, Kelsey, Kaylee Smith, Kylee, Sam and Dylan Wiezorek.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Delores Herold; brother, Clifford "Gene" McCarty; grandson, Daniel Wiezorek; and granddaughter, Alexis "Lexi" Wiezorek.

A memorial has been established in Debra's name to be designated at a later date.
