Delbert E. Tobey, 95, of North Platte, passed away January 28, 2018 at his home. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Robin Storer officiating. Burial will be at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens. Visitation with family receiving friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.carpentermemorial.com. Carpenter Memorial Chapel is in care of arrangements.
