Donald Scott Howard, 55, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away on Monday June 3,2024 in North Platte. He was born on August 10, 1968 in North Platte, the son of Jack D. and Doris Kae (Geis) Howard.

Scott graduated from North Platte High School and attended college in Colby, KS. He worked for over 30 years as an engineer with the Union Pacific Railroad. Scott enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Doris Howard of North Platte; son Brandon (Amanda) Howard of North Platte; grandson, Huxton; Sister, Jamie Scholtz of North Platte; and many beloved relatives and friends.

A private family service will be scheduled at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Carpenter Memorial Chapel.
