Obituary

Evelyn R. Teall, 90, of North Platte, passed away Oct. 20, 2016 at her home. She was born Dec. 12, 1925 to Iral W. and Francis M. (Knowles) Norris at Quincy, Michigan. She attended Litchfield High School in Michigan. Evelyn was united in marriage to Robert A. Teall on March 1, 1944 at Litchfield.
She is survived by her daughter, Janice L. Carskadon of Columbus; two sons, Robert W. Teall of North Platte and Dennis C. Teall, Sr. of Brule; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Virginia Sloan and Katheryn Meiers; brothers, James Norris and William Norris; daughter-in-law, Helen Teall; son-in-law, Clay Carskadon; nieces, Jackie Sloan and Amy Norris; and a nephew, Kenneth Norris.
Online condolences may be shared at www.carpentermemorial.com. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 24, 2016 at the North Platte Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Carpenter Memorial Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
