"Lynn" Meissner, 76, passed away peacefully October 25, 2022 to join in heaven with her Heavenly Father. She was born on October 13, 1946 to William and Virginia (Wagnon) Sowle in North Platte, NE.

She married Gerald Meissner in Lexington, NE on May 27, 1968. They were blessed with five loving children, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her family was dear to her.

Lynn and Gerald owned Lynn's Clipper Cuts and treated her customers like family. She also enjoyed serving the residents at Linden Court. Lynn loved cheering for the Huskers and she sponsored sports for many years.

Lynn is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

She is survived by her husband Gerald of 54 years; children, Kenlyn, Kevin, Lesley, Troy and Ginia; grandchildren, Kendrick, Kendahl, Breanna, Austin, Matthew, Madison; great grandchildren, Aiden, Ethen, Lian, Mateo and Jace Meissner; sister, Rebecca (Sowle) Fhuere, brother, Wayne Sowle; Faye Sowle and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Thanksgiving was Lynn's favorite holiday. She enjoyed her family getting together to give thanks. This Thanksgiving the family will celebrate her life.
