Obituary
Harold E. Owens, 75, of Hill City, SD, formerly of North Platte, passed away July 6, 2014 in Rapid City, SD. Memorial graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2014 at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens near North Platte with military honors. Carpenter Memorial Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
