Kip A Svejkovsky, 59, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024 at his home.

Kip was born on November 5, 1964 in Butte, Montana, the son of Pat and Jan Fitzpatrick.  He graduated from Butte high school and went on to get two degrees in business and computers from Montanna Technical College.  He was a diesel mechanic for various companies for several years, until he became disabled from complications from diabetes.  He loved Minnesota Vikings football, eating out, watching westerns on TV, and listening to books on tape for the blind from the library.  He also enjoyed woodworking and working on cars.  Kip will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Svejkovsky.

Those left to cherish his memory are his partner, Laurie Truax of North Platte; mother and dad, Jan and Pat "Fitz" Fitzpatrick of Butte, Montana; father, Kenneth Sam Svejkovsky of Grand Forks, N.D.; daughters, Amanda Svejkovsky (Robert) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Shaylene Grisewood (Nick) of Belmont, NY; several grandchildren; brother, Kerry Svejkovsky (Carrie) of Sutherland, NE; brother in law, Tag Ng of Canada; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cremation has been chosen.  Carpenter Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
