Obituary

Luella Mae Scott , 88, of North Platte, passed away November 7, 2018 at her home surrounded by family. She was born June 14, 1930, to Everett and Gladys (Swisher) Keeten at Phillipsburg, Kansas.
Luella was a graduate of North Platte High School. She worked for Youth Benefits Unlimited in Colorado for many years before moving back to North Platte. She worked for Walmart for sixteen years. She loved all of her family and enjoyed the time spent with all of them.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy Lee Scott; sister, B. Beyer and brother, Arlon Keeten.
Luella is survived by a son, Terry D. (Becky) Scott of North Platte; a sister, Corrine (Vern) Mattson of New Jersey; twelve grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren, two great grandchildren; friends, Milly Richards and Glenda O'Conner.
Online condolences may be shared at www.carpentermemorial.com . Cremation was chosen. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13, at the North Platte Cemetery. Carpenter Memorial Chapel is care of arrangements.
