Michael Ray Mullen, 62, of North Platte, NE passed away after a valiant fight with heart disease for the past 12 years and cancer on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at his home.  He was born on December 6, 1959 in McCook, NE son of Cecil Ray and Sharron Kay (White) Mullen.

Michael graduated from Maywood High School and worked as a fireman on the Union Pacific railroad for many years.

Those left to cherish Michael's memory are his companion, Gregg A. Robertson of North Platte; sister, Diane Dykes (George) of Vidalia, GA; brothers, Jerry Kent Mullen (Loraine) of Maywood, Jim Mullen of McCook, and Dave Mullen (Sherie) of North Platte; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Cremation was chosen and no services will be held at this time.  Carpenter Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
