IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nancy Alice
Waugh
January 25, 1944 – May 3, 2025
Nancy Alice Waugh was born January 25, 1944 to Pius and Jenny Fisher in Rapid City, South Dakota.
She lived in Hershey, Nebraska, and Apache Junction, Arizona, where she peacefully passed on May 3, 2025. She had an amazing knack for baking and loved making treats for friends and family. You couldn't leave her house without some sort of baked goodies. Her smile was contagious and always drew people in. Her ability to strike up conversations with anyone she came across, is testament to her amazing, outgoing personality. She never met a stranger that wasn't a friend.
Nancy was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years Theodore Keith Waugh, parents Pius and Jenny Fisher, brothers Elroy and Ron Fisher, and sister Rosemary Farel.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: Mark & Traci Waugh of Kalispell, Montana, Greg & Karen Waugh of Mesa, Arizona, and Julie & Shawn Smith of Arnold, Nebraska. She was blessed with 7 amazing grandchildren: Karissa (Steve) Reed, Shane (Brooke) Smith, Corbin Waugh, Madison & Makenna Smith, and Levi & Linsey Waugh. She was Great-Gramma to 4 beautiful great-grand babies: Teddy & Thomas Smith and Harper & Peyton Reed. Nancy is also sending us a sweet angel from heaven, Morgan Meyer, arriving in June to the Smith family. She is also survived by her sister JoAnn and many nieces and nephews.
Her family is her legacy and she will live on through all of them. "I love you a Bushel and a Peck"
