Phyllis Georgia Boller, 82, of North Platte, NE passed on to her heavenly home Sunday, October 13, 2024 at The Maples at Centennial Nursing Center.
She was born on March 13, 1942 in Ainsworth, NE the daughter of Elmer and Augusta (Wheeler) Mizner. She grew up in rural Ainsworth, NE and graduated from Ainsworth High School in May of 1960. She was united in marriage to Maurice Boller on February 15, 1966 in Ainsworth. The couple lived in El Paso, TX while Maurice finished his military service, then moved back to Ainsworth, where they resided until 1979. The couple completed their time together in the Maxwell and North Platte communities. Phyllis was involved in childrens ministries during her lifetime, and she so enjoyed teaching them about Jesus. Phyllis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her family was her pride and joy. Phyllis also enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and for others. She was truly the hands and feet of Jesus.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Maurice; children, Kathy (Mark) Randolph, Greg (Kendi) Boller, Brian (Kamy) Boller, and Todd Boller; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Edwin Mizner, George (Gwen) Mizner, Shirley McDonald, Ella Mae (Tom McCoy) DeWeese, Arvilla (Mel) Self, Cindy Hissong, and David Mizner; sister-in-law, Jo Mizner; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Augusta Mizner; and brothers, Earl and Mike Mizner.
A Celebration of Phyllis's Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Parkview Community Church of the Nazarene with her son, Pastor Greg Boller officiating. Visitation and memorial book signing will be from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18th at Carpenter Memorial Chapel, which has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Memorials are suggested to Parkview Community Childrens Ministries or to a Childrens Ministry of your choice.
