Raymond Wesley Humphrey, 91, of North Platte, passed away on January 2, 2021 at Linden Court.

He was born on December 5, 1929 at Sutherland, NE to John and Lucile (Wilcott) Humphrey. He grew up in Sutherland and North Platte.

On July 22, 1947 he was united in marriage to Mary Jean Willson at Stapleton, NE after which the couple lived in North Platte with a 7 year detour to Garden Grove, CA from 1957 until 1964.

He was a member of Union Pacific Railroad Oldtimers Club and Mill Isle Boat Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Mary Jean, and 3 brothers, John W., Earl Edward, and Rodney Lee.

He is survived by daughters, Connie Humphrey of Omaha, NE and Diana (Gene) Henry of Cheyenne, WY; four grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.

A graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
