Raymond "Ray J" Kizer, 70, of North Platte, NE, passed away May 27, 2020 at his home.

He was born on August 19, 1949 in Jacksonville, FL to Francis and Cherry (Rawleson) Kizer.  He was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, Debra; son, Tony Ray of Charleston, SC; stepchildren, William McCall of Moncks Corner, SC and Tami McCall of Overland Park, KS; sister, Sherain Vickers of Hanahan, SC; and brother, Earl Kizer of Columbia, SC.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

A visitation and book signing will be Friday, May 29, 2020 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel from 1PM to 3PM.  Services will be at a later date.
