Sheila M. Bradshaw, age 72, of Ogallala, Nebraska, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Sheila was born in Polo, Missouri, to Charles and Bonnie (Crowley) Stoddard on January 15, 1953.  Shortly after, her family moved to Hershey where she grew up.  Her and her sister Kathy were really close when they were kids and did everything together, to the point they were more like twins.  Their mom would dress them up alike most of the time.

Sheila was married in her earlier years, and later remarried Eddie Bradshaw with whom she shared 40 joyous years of her life. During her younger years, she traveled and moved frequently, having lived throughout Nebraska, Colorado and Florida. As she explored the world, she worked at various hotels over the years, meeting many fascinating people and forming unlikely bonds.

Sheila will always be remembered as a social butterfly, always making friends everywhere she went and never knowing a stranger. She was always determined, with big dreams she never stopped pursuing and a positive, can-do attitude that pushed forward not just her, but those who relied on her. She was a huge support to all those around her, especially to her kids and grandkids who she loved dearly and spoiled often. She leaves them with many memories of getting nails done and visiting flea markets and craft shows, always on the look-out for beautiful trinkets such as her beloved turquoise jewelry and dolphin paraphernalia.

Those left to cherish Sheila's memory are her husband Edward Bradshaw of Ogallala, NE; children Delmer (Shamain) Hostetler of Gibbon, NE, Tina (John Rosenburg) Reed-Cunningham of Canon City, CO, Gina (Jason Michael) Hatch of Cape Coral, FL, and Felicia Clarke of Denver, CO; sister Kathy (Mike) Thomlison of North Platte, NE; and numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Bonnie and Charles Stoddard, grandparents, and various aunts and uncles.

Cremation has been chosen. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Carpenter Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.

Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
