Obituary
Victor Clarence Watts, 53, of North Platte, passed away March 18, 2014 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center. He was born January 19, 1961 to Marvin C. and Betty (Ruch) Watts at Kansas City, KS. He is survived by his children, Josh, Stephanie, Chrystal and Sarah Watts; siblings, Belinda, Jackie (Mike) Torres of North Platte, Peggy (Brad) Porath of Mullen, Patricia (Alan) Kackmeister of Austin, TX, and Loren Rivera of Greely, CO. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Owen Ruch, Vivian Yates and Marie "Ruth" Blankenship. Cremation was chosen. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2014 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
